Willow Cottage is well situated approximately 2 miles from the North Cornish coast.  From the main road (B3314) turn down next to the Spar shop, towards Delabole Quarry.  Willow Cottage is about a quarter of a mile down Pengelly, on the left hand side, opposite the post box.  

The area around the quarry has amazing views of the countryside and the quarry itself and is entirely free to visit.  From here you can walk for miles through open countryside.

The closest beaches are Trebarwith Strand and Tregardock.  Both are great for surfers, have stunning beaches at low tide and are dog friendly year round.

Rough Tor and Bodmin moor are accessed via Camelford.

Tintagel and Bostcastle are within a few miles, and the nearest shops are at Camelford and Wadebridge, which also hosts the start of the Camel Trail for walkers and cyclists.
